About the Practice

Whole-person wellbeing, from wherever you are

Vaidya Integrative Center is a telehealth practice offering Ayurvedic and naturopathic wellness consultations to individuals in Arizona, Washington and New York. There's no waiting room and no commute — just an unhurried conversation with a doctor who takes the time to truly understand you.

Our approach is education-first. Rather than chasing symptoms, we look for the root of what's going on and help you understand your own nature — then build daily habits, around food, routine, supplements and lifestyle, that support lasting wellbeing.

We're part of a family rooted in more than two decades of Ayurvedic practice, now sharing that tradition with a new generation through secure, convenient online consultations.

Our Approach

Ayurveda and naturopathy, together

Two time-honored traditions that share one belief: that lasting wellbeing comes from balance, prevention and understanding — not quick fixes.

The wisdom of Ayurveda

Ayurveda — the "science of life" — teaches that each of us has a unique nature, or prakriti. The same food, season or routine can affect two people very differently. Rather than a single rulebook, Ayurveda offers a way to understand your nature and what keeps you in balance, through nourishment, daily rhythm, herbs and mindful living.

The naturopathic lens

Naturopathic medicine trusts the body's own capacity for balance and looks to the foundations of wellbeing — food, sleep, movement, stress and daily rhythm — rather than only surface symptoms. It favors gentle, natural approaches and, above all, education, so you become an active partner in your own care.

Naturopathy and Ayurveda are not licensed professions in New York. Consultations with New York residents are educational and support general wellbeing; they are not a substitute for licensed medical care.

Our Legacy

A family legacy of natural medicine

For more than four decades, the Kaushik family has practiced Ayurveda and naturopathic medicine, helping people across the country find natural balance and lasting wellbeing.

That tradition was shaped by Vaidya Somesh N. Kaushik (ND, BAMS) — among the most experienced Ayurvedic Vaidyas in North America and the founder and principal instructor of the Institute for the Advancement of Ayurvedic Sciences, where authentic Ayurveda is taught to a new generation.

Today, Dr. Neha Kaushik Chillara and Dr. Nidhi Kaushik carry that legacy forward — blending classical Ayurvedic wisdom with modern naturopathic medicine, and a comprehensive, whole-person approach now within reach from anywhere through online consultations.
