Vaidya Integrative Center provides online Ayurvedic and naturopathic wellness consultations intended to support general wellbeing, healthy lifestyle and self-care.
Dr. Neha Kaushik Chillara is a licensed naturopathic doctor in the State of Arizona. Dr. Nidhi Kaushik is a licensed naturopathic doctor in the State of Washington. Naturopathic medicine and Ayurveda are not licensed professions in the State of New York, and Ayurveda is not a licensed profession in the United States. Consultations provided to New York residents are educational in nature and support general wellbeing.
Nothing shared in a consultation, on this website, or in any communication is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Our guidance is not a substitute for the advice, diagnosis or care of a licensed physician. Always seek the advice of your physician with questions about a medical condition, and in an emergency call 911.
All consultations are self-pay. We do not accept, bill or file insurance of any kind. The first visit is $600 (90 minutes, including a food intolerance test); follow-up visits are $250 (30 minutes). Payment is due at the time of service. HSA/FSA cards are welcome, and a superbill (itemized receipt) is available on request that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement; reimbursement is not guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.
Memberships begin with a $600 first visit and then bill monthly: $99/month (one revisit per quarter), $125/month (one revisit every two months), or $200/month (a 30-minute check-in each month). All membership fees are non-refundable. Any unused revisits roll over and remain available to you until the membership is cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future monthly charges and ends access to any remaining rolled-over revisits.
Our naturopathic mental health consulting and counseling supports general emotional wellbeing through whole-person, lifestyle-centered care. It is not psychotherapy with a licensed mental-health professional, psychiatric treatment, or crisis or emergency care, and it is not a substitute for any of these. Any herbs, foods, supplements or lifestyle practices discussed are shared for general educational purposes and may not be appropriate for everyone. Please review any new supplement or significant dietary change with your physician or pharmacist.
Consultations are delivered by secure video to individuals located in states where our doctors are able to provide services. You are responsible for being located in an eligible state at the time of your consultation.
