New Patients

Your first visit

Everything you need to know before we meet — how to prepare, what to expect, and a few practical details. There's nothing complicated; just come as you are.

1

Book & intake

Choose a time and share a little about what you'd like to focus on. We'll send a short intake form and a secure video link.

2

Your 90-minute visit

An unhurried conversation about your history, lifestyle and goals — including a review of family history, diet, sleep, stress and daily routine.

3

Your personalized plan

You'll leave with clear, natural guidance — food, supplements, routine and lifestyle — plus your food-intolerance test, and follow-up support.

Before We Meet

How to prepare

  • Find a quiet, private spot with a stable internet connection.
  • Have a list of any supplements and medications you currently take.
  • Note your main concerns and any questions you'd like to cover.
  • If you have recent lab work, keep it handy to share.
  • Bring a glass of water and settle in — this is your time.

The Tech

What you'll need

  • A phone, tablet or computer with a camera and microphone.
  • A reliable internet connection in a private space.
  • A secure video link, which we'll email you before your visit — no app or account required.
  • You'll need to be physically located in Arizona, Washington or New York at the time of your visit.

Payment & HSA/FSA

All visits are self-pay; we do not bill insurance. Payment is due at the time of your visit. Your HSA/FSA card is welcome, and we're glad to provide a superbill on request that you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is never guaranteed and depends on your individual plan.

Cancellations & rescheduling

Life happens. We simply ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to someone else. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments, may be charged the full visit fee.
