Where do you offer consultations?
By telehealth to individuals located in Arizona, Washington and New York. Dr. Neha is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Arizona, Dr. Nidhi is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Washington, and both consult with individuals in New York.
How much does a consultation cost?
The first visit is $600 for a comprehensive 90-minute consultation, which includes a food intolerance test. Follow-up visits are $250 for 30 minutes.
Do you take insurance? What about HSA/FSA?
We're self-pay and do not accept or bill insurance. However, your HSA/FSA card is welcome, and we're glad to provide a superbill (an itemized receipt) on request, which you may submit to your insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your individual plan and is never guaranteed.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes — it's a membership plan that gives patients ongoing access to their naturopathic doctor. After your $600 first visit, you can choose a monthly plan: $99/month includes a revisit each quarter, $125/month a revisit every two months, and $200/month a 30-minute check-in every month. Every plan also lets you message your doctor between visits (for brief, non-urgent questions) and gives you priority appointments. Memberships are self-pay and not billed to insurance.
How do membership billing and revisits work?
Memberships are billed monthly and are non-refundable. Any revisits you don't use roll over and remain available to you until you choose to cancel — so you never lose a visit you've paid for. You can cancel at any time.
What kinds of concerns do you help with?
People often come to us with longstanding concerns — digestion, stubborn skin conditions, allergies, disrupted sleep, low mood and anxiousness, low energy, and women's and hormonal wellness, among others. We also offer naturopathic mental health consulting and counseling. Our guidance is educational and supports general wellbeing.
Do you offer mental health support?
Yes. We provide naturopathic mental health consulting and supportive counseling for stress, anxiousness, low mood, burnout and life transitions — with a whole-person look at sleep, nutrition and daily rhythm. This supports general emotional wellbeing and is not a substitute for psychiatric care or emergency services; if you're in crisis, call or text 988. Learn more.
Are supplements included in the fees?
No. Consultation and membership fees cover your visits and personalized guidance. Any supplements, herbs or tests we recommend are an additional cost — and we'll always talk through the options with you before suggesting anything.
What is the food intolerance test?
It's included with your first visit and helps identify foods that may be contributing to how you feel, so your personalized nutrition plan can be tailored to you.
Is this a replacement for my doctor?
No. Our guidance is educational and supports general wellbeing. It complements your medical care and never replaces it — please keep seeing your physician for medical concerns.
